3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on winph.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
winph.com accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. 4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency
All transactions on winph.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you attempt to transact in a foreign currency, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate and associated fees. winph.com bears no responsibility for currency conversion costs incurred by the player.
Anti-Money Laundering: winph.com complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities. winph.com reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of any suspected AML violation.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play between accounts, or exploitation of software errors, is strictly prohibited. winph.com reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is suspected or confirmed.
6. Gameplay Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of winph.com.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

winph.com's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination and Suspension
winph.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, winph.com reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winph.com platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting winph.com customer support. winph.com will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with winph.com's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory bodies.
14. Amendments to These Terms
winph.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winph.com will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
